Location: Washington, D.C. (hybrid) Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000 Reports to: Executive Director
I. Position Summary
The Director of Digital Organizing is a senior role responsible for building and running AIPN's grassroots program in support of our mission to prepare America for artificial superintelligence and advance responsible AI policy. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Communications Director, and the Government Affairs team, this position owns AIPN's email and SMS program, paid and organic digital advertising, and the constituent activation systems that bring in-district engagement to our Capitol Hill advocacy efforts.
The ideal candidate brings a demonstrated record of building grassroots campaigns from scratch; experience managing an active digital presence through social media, ads, email, and SMS; and fluency with constituent activation tools.
II. Responsibilities
A. Grassroots Network and Constituent Activation

Build and manage AIPN's email and SMS program end-to-end, in collaboration with the engineering team — including writing, sending, segmentation, list growth, and deliverability.

Stand up and operate a rapid-response constituent activation system that drives calls, emails, and direct contact from AIPN supporters into Capitol Hill offices in coordination with the Government Affairs team.
