This policy explains how AI Safety Careers uses cookies, local storage, session storage and similar browser technologies on aisafetycareers.com.
1. Summary
AI Safety Careers does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, Google Analytics cookies, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or similar marketing pixels.
We may use essential authentication technologies, local storage, session storage and cookie-free analytics to provide and secure the service.
We do not currently show a cookie-consent banner because the website does not use non-essential advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If this changes, we will update this policy and add consent controls where required.
2. Technologies we use
Authentication
Employer and admin login may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies that are necessary to keep users signed in and protect account security. Supabase Auth provides email and password login, Google OAuth, email verification and password reset functionality.
Local storage
We may store saved jobs, theme settings and interface preferences locally in your browser. Saved jobs are not currently synchronized with an account and may be removed if you clear browser storage.
Session storage
We may store the initial referrer, landing page, campaign parameters and a limited marker used to avoid counting the same product event repeatedly during one browser session.
Analytics
Vercel Analytics provides aggregate traffic and performance insights without cookies. We also collect limited first-party events such as job views, apply clicks, newsletter signups, searches, filter use and employer submission steps.
We do not store IP addresses, user agents, full email addresses or full external application URLs in product analytics events. Product analytics are not used for cross-site advertising.
Newsletter email tracking
MailerLite may process newsletter delivery, opens, clicks and unsubscribe activity as described in the Privacy Policy. Newsletter links may include campaign parameters. Email tracking is separate from website advertising cookies.
3. Technologies we do not currently use
We do not currently use Google Analytics cookies, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, retargeting pixels or cookie-based behavioral advertising.
4. Your controls
You can delete or control cookies, local storage and session storage through browser settings. Blocking essential authentication storage may prevent login from working. Clearing local storage may remove saved jobs and preferences.
