These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Safety Careers at aisafetycareers.com.
By using the website, browsing or saving job listings, creating an employer account, submitting a job listing, or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. What AI Safety Careers does
AI Safety Careers is a curated job board and newsletter for roles in AI safety, AI governance, AI policy, evaluations, red teaming, responsible AI, AI compliance, AI risk management and frontier AI.
We aggregate, organize, classify and publish listings from public sources, employer career pages, applicant tracking systems, direct employer submissions and other relevant sources.
2. Candidate-facing use
AI Safety Careers is not the employer, recruiter, hiring organization or application processor for listed roles unless explicitly stated.
Job seekers can browse listings, save jobs locally in their browser, subscribe to the newsletter and follow external application links without creating an account. AI Safety Careers does not currently provide candidate accounts or collect CVs, resumes or candidate application materials.
Applications are handled by the employer or an external application platform. We are not responsible for external websites, their availability, security, content, privacy practices or hiring processes.
We do not guarantee that a listing remains available, that all listing information is complete or current, that an employer will respond, or that an applicant will receive an interview or offer.
3. Employer accounts
Employers may create an account to submit, manage, edit and close job listings. Authentication may include email and password, email verification, password reset and Google OAuth through our authentication provider.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current company, contact and listing information, and you must be authorized to act for the organization named in a submission.
4. Free employer listings
Employer job submissions are currently free.
Each approved employer-submitted listing is published for a standard period of 30 days. The 30-day period begins when the listing is approved and published, not when it is first submitted.
Every submission is subject to manual review before publication. Submission does not guarantee approval or publication. AI Safety Careers may approve, reject, edit, request changes to, pause, close or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, expired, unsafe, unlawful, fraudulent, rights-infringing, low quality or outside the editorial scope of the website.
New listings submitted under the free service receive its standard listing format and placement. Publication does not guarantee applications, candidates, interviews, hires, clicks, traffic, newsletter inclusion, social distribution or any other result.
5. Earlier purchases
AI Safety Careers does not currently offer new purchases for employer listings.
Services purchased before the free service took effect continue under the terms accepted at the time of purchase. Existing publication periods and previously activated visibility options may continue until their agreed end date. The historical Refund Policy remains available to employers who completed an earlier purchase.
6. Listing sources and automated public listings
Listings may come from publicly available employer career pages, applicant tracking systems, job boards, direct submissions, community submissions and other relevant public sources.
We may use automated filters and AI-assisted classification to decide whether a public listing appears relevant. Public-source listings may be published without manual review, and we do not guarantee that every such listing is complete, current or error-free.
We may retain a normalized source URL to verify a listing's origin and help keep it accurate.
7. Submitted content and permission to publish
If you submit a listing, you confirm that:
- the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you have the right and authority to submit it;
- it describes a genuine role or opportunity;
- the application link is legitimate and safe;
- it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights; and
- it is relevant to the subject areas covered by AI Safety Careers.
You retain any rights you have in submitted materials. You grant AI Safety Careers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, display, distribute, edit and format those materials to operate and promote the job board and newsletter.
We may correct formatting, assign categories and tags, adjust summaries, normalize salary, location and remote-work labels, and make reasonable editorial changes without intentionally changing the meaning of the role.
8. Public contact details
Public listings may occasionally include recruiter or employer representative contact details when those details appeared in the original public posting. We do not use those details to build a separate contact database or for unrelated marketing.

9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- misuse or disrupt the website;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
- submit malicious code, malware, unsafe links or harmful content;
- overload, damage or interfere with the service through automated systems;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; or
- copy or redistribute substantial parts of the website in a way that harms the service or violates applicable law.
10. Prohibited listings
You may not submit listings that are fake, misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, illegal, unsafe or harmful; require candidates to pay to apply; promote scams or pyramid schemes; impersonate another organization; include malicious links; violate third-party rights; or fall outside the editorial scope of AI Safety Careers.
11. Changes, closure and expiry
Employers may update or close their listings through available account tools. Material edits may be reviewed before appearing publicly. A listing may not be changed into a substantially different, misleading, expired, unsafe, unlawful or out-of-scope listing.
AI Safety Careers may close or deactivate listings that expire, appear filled, become inaccurate or no longer meet publication standards.
12. Newsletter
Newsletter subscribers receive emails about relevant jobs and related career updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each newsletter. Newsletter data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Account deletion
Employers may request account deletion. We may close active listings and review the account before deletion or anonymization. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, security, audit, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes, including records created under an earlier version of the service.
14. No professional advice
Website content, summaries, categories, tags, classification notes, salary labels and remote-work labels are provided for general information and should not be treated as legal, career, financial, tax, hiring or other professional advice.
15. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service and may change features, categories, review processes or publication rules. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access.
16. Intellectual property
The AI Safety Careers website, branding, design, original content, categories, summaries and classification structure are owned by us or our licensors. Employer names, job descriptions, logos and source materials may belong to their respective rights holders.
You may not commercially exploit substantial parts of the website in a way that harms the service, violates applicable law or infringes rights, except where allowed by law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Safety Careers is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the website, listings, employer services, newsletter, external links or third-party services.
AI Safety Careers is not responsible for employer hiring decisions, candidate outcomes, application-platform issues, external content or third-party service outages outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts under applicable law.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, employer dashboard or email where appropriate.
