- In this role, you'll manage the MATS extension program for ~80 fellows per cohort, coordinating between Research Managers, operations, and fellows in AI safety research.
- Manage the extension lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining scalable processes and documentation.
- Design and deliver extension programming including workshops and professional development.
- Enable Research Managers and fellows by resolving issues, coordinating handovers, and serving as central contact.
- Track fellow outcomes through surveys and data analysis to identify improvements.
