In this role, you'll manage the MATS extension program for ~80 fellows per cohort, coordinating between Research Managers, operations, and fellows in AI safety research.
Manage the extension lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining scalable processes and documentation.
Design and deliver extension programming including workshops and professional development.
Enable Research Managers and fellows by resolving issues, coordinating handovers, and serving as central contact.
Track fellow outcomes through surveys and data analysis to identify improvements.
