In this role, you'll identify and accelerate top technical talent in AI safety through advising and capital deployment.

Write publicly about technical AI safety strategy to guide newcomers and shape field discourse.

Run and iterate on technical AI safety courses and project sprints.

Conduct advising calls with researchers and cultivate relationships with hiring managers to place talent effectively.

Review grants to unblock researchers, map field bottlenecks, and build new program formats.
