In this role, you'll launch and lead the AIxBio Research Fellowship, managing program strategy, team leadership, and mentor relationships.
Design the fellowship end-to-end, from fellow selection criteria to mentor matching and cohort programming.
Manage the AIxBio Research Managers team with guidance, feedback, and support.
Lead mentor recruitment by identifying and onboarding leading biosecurity and AI researchers.
Develop evaluation frameworks to assess fellow and program outcomes, and strengthen CBAI's presence in the Cambridge biosecurity ecosystem.
The Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative (CBAI) is a research nonprofit that supports and accelerates Cambridge and Boston students interested in pursuing careers in AI safety, in addition to running regular research and educational programming.
