- In this role, you'll launch and lead the AIxBio Research Fellowship, managing program strategy, team leadership, and mentor relationships.
- Design the fellowship end-to-end, from fellow selection criteria to mentor matching and cohort programming.
- Manage the AIxBio Research Managers team with guidance, feedback, and support.
- Lead mentor recruitment by identifying and onboarding leading biosecurity and AI researchers.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to assess fellow and program outcomes, and strengthen CBAI's presence in the Cambridge biosecurity ecosystem.
The Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative (CBAI) is a research nonprofit that supports and accelerates Cambridge and Boston students interested in pursuing careers in AI safety, in addition to running regular research and educational programming.
