In this role, you'll support mentors and mentees in SPAR, our largest AI safety research fellowship.
Support mentors with regular check-ins, project scoping, and troubleshooting throughout the program.
Conduct 1:1 chats with mentees and address their questions across Slack and email.
Plan and deliver monthly events for mentors and mentees, including workshops and speaker sessions.
Co-run Demo Day and contribute to key program decisions on recruiting, matching, and feedback systems.
