In this role, you'll launch a new research institute by building its operational foundations and systems.

Determine and execute the appropriate legal structure (fiscal sponsorship, nonprofit, or hosted launch).

Coordinate vendors and contractors for legal, accounting, payroll, HR, IT, real estate, and insurance.

Secure temporary physical space and develop a first-year budget and operating plan for the institute.

Create foundational systems for hiring, onboarding, contracts, payments, events, and internal processes.
