- In this role, you'll manage the operational backbone of CBAI's fellowship programs, handling logistics, vendors, and community programming.
- Coordinate daily operational logistics during fellowship cycles, including meals, A/V, and venue management.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships through sourcing, negotiation, and quality maintenance.
- Plan and execute social events that build cohort community and strengthen fellowship's social fabric.
- Anticipate operational needs proactively and maintain systems that enable smooth operations.
The Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative (CBAI) is a research nonprofit that supports and accelerates Cambridge and Boston students interested in pursuing careers in AI safety, in addition to running regular research and educational programming.
