In this role, you'll accelerate and guide AI safety researchers, facilitating high-impact projects and contributing to the success of the MATS program.

Work with world-class mentors to help their mentees grow research skills and drive AI safety projects from conception to completion.

Provide guidance to developing researchers on research directions, writeups, and career trajectories.

Connect scholars with relevant resources and domain experts to support their research.

Contribute to MATS strategic planning by spearheading internal projects and improving program infrastructure.
