- In this role, you'll lead engineering at Syntony and set technical direction for evaluation tooling, causal mapping, and governance systems.
- Build the engineering team underneath you, establishing hiring standards and making technical decisions.
- Partner with the founder on strategy, product roadmap, and technical hiring priorities.
- Own and ship evaluation infrastructure, governance instrumentation, and risk indexing products into real client engagements.
- Collaborate with red teamers, policy analysts, and forecasters to pressure-test engineering decisions across disciplines.
Syntony supports frontier AI organizations, public institutions, and private organizations with safety research, governance design, adversarial evaluation, and risk advisory.
