In this role, you'll support AI safety research fellows in executing their projects through feedback, coaching, and resource connection.
Conduct regular 1-1s with fellows, providing feedback on research progress and helping them overcome obstacles.
Connect fellows with resources, literature, and opportunities while liaising with mentors to define research objectives.
Support fellow selection, design curriculum, curate speaker events, and prepare weekly field briefs.
Help fellows strengthen their methodology, arguments, and research rigor throughout the fellowship.
