- In this role, you'll support AI safety research fellows in executing their projects through feedback, coaching, and resource connection.
- Conduct regular 1-1s with fellows, providing feedback on research progress and helping them overcome obstacles.
- Connect fellows with resources, literature, and opportunities while liaising with mentors to define research objectives.
- Support fellow selection, design curriculum, curate speaker events, and prepare weekly field briefs.
- Help fellows strengthen their methodology, arguments, and research rigor throughout the fellowship.
The Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative (CBAI) is a research nonprofit that supports and accelerates Cambridge and Boston students interested in pursuing careers in AI safety, in addition to running regular research and educational programming.
