Technical Specialist
Full timeLondon or remote$70,000 to $120,000
Depending on experience and location.
Research into the catastrophic threats posed by AI, from mass surveillance to loss of control.
Example task: research the data-broker industry and how AI makes it more potent, writing both the code and the paper.
You have
- Experience with AI engineering.
- Experience using Claude Code, Codex, or similar tooling.
- A strong safety focus.
Bonus
- An existing platform, even a small one, for example on X.
Communications and Outreach
Full timeLondon or remote$60,000 to $110,000
Depending on experience and location.
Get our work in front of far more people, through writing, video, and outreach. Can also include helping run our human studies. Small team.
Example task: run our social media, make videos, and reach out to creators to get our work in front of their audiences.
You are
- Strongly focused on AI safety.
- Native-level English.
- Willing to write and appear publicly under your own name and face.
Bonus
- An existing platform or audience in AI safety or an adjacent field.
- Prior work in AI policy or research.
