In this role, you'll build and manage compliance, financial, and operational infrastructure to enable Encode's growth from 7 to 20+ team members.

Execute legal and regulatory compliance work across 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities with external counsel.

Lead financial operations including budgeting, expense tracking, financial reporting, and audit coordination.

Manage relationships with external partners including lawyers, accountants, brokers, and consultants.

Build HR and recruiting infrastructure, including onboarding, benefits, hiring processes, and internal systems.
