In this role, you'll build Kairos's talent operations function combining internal recruiting, ecosystem headhunting, and grantmaking.

Own Kairos's hiring pipeline end-to-end as the organisation scales from 7 to 20 people.

Build relationships with AI safety organisations and place early-career talent into high-impact roles.

Onboard partner organisations to Talent Commons and maintain the data quality enabling cross-ecosystem sharing.

Set grantmaking strategy and make funding decisions for the Career Development and Transition Fund.
