In this role, you'll guide distributed AI safety teams as primary point-of-contact for direction, feedback, and accountability.

Conduct kickoff calls and provide feedback on research artifacts including drafts, codebases, and writeups.

Mentor researchers through academic publishing processes, including conference cycles and revision support.

Manage daily operations including compliance tracking, progress monitoring, and reimbursements.

Refine workflows and systems to identify improvements and support company growth.
