In this role, you'll lead the design and execution of SAIGE's inaugural residential fellowship in Berlin for emerging European AI safety researchers.

Design a complete fellowship programme including structure, selection criteria, and alumni follow-up.

Manage the application portal, selection process, and onboarding of the first cohort.

Own operational responsibilities including WE-AID communications, compute sourcing, and visa coordination.

Coordinate co-working spaces with Foresight Institute and support fundraising.
