- In this role, you'll design and improve program systems that enable AI safety fellows to conduct excellent research.
- Develop program evaluation frameworks and implement structural improvements across fellowship cycles.
- Design mentor onboarding and feedback mechanisms connecting fellows, mentors, and program leadership.
- Identify outreach channels, own recruitment campaigns, and assess program effectiveness.
- Design and support fellowship events and supplementary programming enriching the intellectual environment.
The Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative (CBAI) is a research nonprofit that supports and accelerates Cambridge and Boston students interested in pursuing careers in AI safety, in addition to running regular research and educational programming.
