Develop program evaluation frameworks and implement structural improvements across fellowship cycles.
Design mentor onboarding and feedback mechanisms connecting fellows, mentors, and program leadership.
Identify outreach channels, own recruitment campaigns, and assess program effectiveness.
Design and support fellowship events and supplementary programming enriching the intellectual environment.
