- In this role, you'll drive cybersecurity initiatives for safe, responsible frontier model deployments.
- Partner with research and engineering teams to embed safety throughout AI development and deployment.
- Develop frameworks for assessing and mitigating deployment safety risks and emerging capabilities.
- Define strategic priorities and product roadmaps for improving deployment safety and reliability.
- Create scalable processes for evaluating and continuously improving safety systems and metrics.
