In this role, you'll lead programs transitioning experienced professionals into AI safety roles as a co-founder-style executive partner.

Own the Career Accelerator end-to-end, managing candidate strategy, 1:1 support, network introductions, and experience.

Build and manage the Program team, hiring and developing staff to expand delivery capacity.

Design new transition pathways using evidence-driven testing to scale effective programs and cut ineffective ones.

Serve as executive conversation partner for senior candidates and contribute to organisational strategy.
