- In this role, you'll maintain day-to-day facilities operations for a collaborative AI safety research workspace.
- Serve as first point of contact for facilities requests, troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and security operations including access control and visitor check-in.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and assist with purchasing furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Support event logistics and collaborate with the Site Operations Lead on task tracking and process documentation.
