In this role, you'll establish operational strategy and lead ERA's transformation to a structured 15–20 person organisation.
Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while integrating financial planning into capacity decisions.
Prepare Board materials, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and flag operational risks to leadership.
Lead and develop the operations team, mentor junior staff, and help set ERA's culture as it scales.
Manage HR operations, visa compliance, sponsor licence obligations, and risk management frameworks.
ERA is a nonprofit project that provides researchers and entrepreneurs with an in-person, paid, 8-week summer research fellowship at the University of Cambridge, working on mitigating risks from frontier AI.
