- Map the landscape by identifying and profiling 25 senior leaders for the priority invite list.
- Prepare briefing materials with agendas, theological framing notes, and participant dossiers.
- Co-facilitate the closed-door convening of senior Catholic leaders.
- Synthesise outcomes into a memo and market white paper in participants' theological voice.
