In this role, you'll build the systems and team that surface experienced talent for AI safety roles at scale.

Manage a discovery team including a headhunter and evaluation specialist, expanding as needed.

Design scalable sourcing and outreach systems including automated campaigns and web experiences.

Maintain partnerships with AI safety organizations to understand hiring needs and inform strategy.
