- In this role, you'll support fellows conducting AI x biosecurity research through feedback, mentoring, and program management.
- Conduct regular 1-1s with fellows, providing feedback on progress, debugging designs, and supporting data analysis.
- Connect fellows with resources, literature, and opportunities in AI x biosecurity.
- Contribute to fellow selection through reviewing and interviewing candidates and designing program activities.
- Maintain knowledge of AI and biosecurity developments and communicate with mentors to define research objectives.
The Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative (CBAI) is a research nonprofit that supports and accelerates Cambridge and Boston students interested in pursuing careers in AI safety, in addition to running regular research and educational programming.
