In this role, you'll support fellows conducting research at the intersection of AI and biosecurity through hands-on mentoring and research assistance.

Help fellows overcome research obstacles by debugging designs, supporting data analysis, and developing methodology.

Connect fellows with relevant resources, literature, and opportunities in AI and biosecurity.

Communicate with mentors to define research objectives and support fellow progression.

Contribute to fellow selection, program design including workshops and reading groups, and field briefings.
The Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative (CBAI) is a research nonprofit that supports and accelerates Cambridge and Boston students interested in pursuing careers in AI safety, in addition to running regular research and educational programming.
