In this role, you'll drive biosecurity safety initiatives for frontier models through strategic product leadership.
Partner with research, engineering, policy and data science teams to embed safety in model development and deployment.
Develop frameworks for understanding and mitigating deployment safety risks using data analysis and adversarial assessments.
Define strategic priorities and roadmaps focused on improving safety and managing emerging AI capabilities.
Create scalable methodologies and tools for evaluating and improving safety systems and performance metrics.
