- In this role, you'll own CBAI's event portfolio, scaling Harvard-MIT workshops, running monthly networking events, and sourcing specialized research workshops.
- Design workshop programming including session formats, speaker curation, and career development.
- Build relationships with faculty leads to develop specialized workshop opportunities.
- Curate and manage monthly Cambridge AI safety networking events strengthening the community.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, vendor coordination, participant selection, and feedback collection.
The Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative (CBAI) is a research nonprofit that supports and accelerates Cambridge and Boston students interested in pursuing careers in AI safety, in addition to running regular research and educational programming.
