In this role, you'll conduct research on computing power supply chains and dependencies to inform French and European decision-makers.
Focus on one of three research axes: supply chain mapping, computing infrastructure analysis, or economic/financial analysis.
Conduct documentary research and stakeholder interviews to identify dependencies and action levers.
Analyse data using open-source methods or financial analysis depending on your chosen axis.
Produce research findings that support institutional decision-making on AI security and policy.
