In this role, you'll own and grow SPAR, the largest AI safety research fellowship with 400 mentees, 130 mentors, and thousands of applicants.

Push SPAR to be more ambitious by deciding on strategic expansions like mentor stipends, additional annual rounds, and enhanced research management.

Hire, onboard, and manage research managers to scale the team as the program expands.

Cultivate relationships with leading researchers to recruit and retain mentors from top AI safety organisations.

Improve SPAR's systems across applications, matching, check-ins, feedback, grants, and Demo Day.
