- In this role, you'll facilitate discussion-based learning to develop top talent to work on pressing global issues like AI safety and biosecurity.
- Lead small-group discussions (6-10 participants) using Socratic methods to foster peer-to-peer learning.
- Apply your domain expertise to challenge participants and push their thinking forward.
- Provide 1:1 mentorship to help participants launch careers in AI safety or biosecurity.
- Prepare for sessions by reviewing materials and designing activities that drive engagement.
BlueDot Impact is a nonprofit that runs courses which aim to help participants develop the knowledge, community and network needed to pursue high-impact careers.
