- In this role, you'll advance AI safety and security policy, translating technical insights into tangible policy change.
- Identify policy windows and develop analysis that influences policymakers on frontier AI governance and emerging risks.
- Manage staff and projects while mentoring colleagues and overseeing the AI Safety Policy Fellowship.
- Engage with policymakers and technical experts to refine ideas and represent FAS at external events.
- Design and manage convenings and briefings that facilitate dialogue across AI policy communities.
