- In this role, you'll lead multidisciplinary research teams advancing frontier AI safety and risk mitigation at the AI Security Institute.
- Develop and deliver a strategic research agenda addressing critical policy and operational questions on advanced AI systems.
- Build cutting-edge evaluations, benchmarks, and safeguards relevant to your research workstream.
- Manage and mentor teams, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and impactful research delivery.
- Forge relationships with key partners across government, industry, and academia to ensure research relevance and impact.
