In this role, you'll coordinate the production and delivery of AISC's conference programme in Shanghai.
Develop and maintain speaker and attendee lists in HubSpot with bilingual communications and confirmations.
Coordinate outreach to Chinese partner organisations and senior government, academic, and industry stakeholders.
Manage event logistics including venue, travel arrangements, bilateral meetings, and on-site delivery.
Support post-event synthesis including correspondence, survey distribution, and documentation of outputs.
