In this role, you'll lead Detection and Response teams building comprehensive security observability and incident response programs.

Manage and grow a high-performing team while planning strategy and hiring to support Anthropic's growth.

Collaborate across security engineering teams to establish detection and response capabilities throughout the security lifecycle.

Develop AI-leveraged solutions that enable self-service observability and detection capabilities.

Own incident response and detection policies, operate threat intelligence programs, and maintain security partnerships.
