In this role, you'll lead community building and wellbeing support for AI safety researchers in London.

Develop and execute community strategy with leadership while organizing events and networking activities.

Conduct one-on-one meetings with fellows to understand needs, provide support, and gather feedback.

Identify community health concerns proactively and connect fellows with appropriate resources.

Support fellow orientation and offboarding while engaging with the broader AI alignment community.
Machine Alignment, Transparency, and Security (MATS) Research is an educational seminar and independent research program that aims to provide talented scholars with talks, workshops, connections, and research mentorship in the fields of AI alignment and AI governance.
